Current fashion trends and a Royal Star with natural beauty look were set yesterday at the Royal Wedding.
What do you know about Kate (Catherine) Middleton?
Did you know she was admired for her fashion sense and placement on many best-dressed lists for months?

Did you know her birthday is January 9, 1982? Catherine was born at Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading and christened at St. Andrews Bradfield Berkshire on January 20, 1982. Kate is the eldest of three children born to Carol Elizabeth (Goldsmith), a former flight attendant and father, Michael Francis Middleton, who also worked as a flight attendant.

She grew up in Chapel Row at Buckleberry, a village near Newberry, Berkshire and went to college in Scotland at the University St. Andrews. We all knew she met Prince William at St. Andrews; and they met in 2001. Here’s the story…..

THEY STARTED A ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP in 2001, almost at their first meeting and in 2007 they broke-up for several months; however, they continued to be good friends and, later in 2007, rekindled their romantic relationship.

Once their relationship became public, Kate received much attention and largely due to her adopting current fashion trends, which enthralled the media and there was immediately speculation she and Prince William would eventually marry. As was repeated so often on television coverage, her husband (Prince William – The Duke of Cambridge) is second in line after his father (Charles – Prince of Wales)……who is the heir to the British throne.

As a Result of Her Marriage to William
She is also now the current holder of the titles Countess of Strathearn and Baroness Carrickfergus. These titles were conferred on her by the Royals, giving her the “blue blood” that she needed to be a Royal herself.

Kate and Prince William were engaged on November 16, 2010 and, as we know, were married April 29, 2011 at Westminster Abbey.

In November, 2006, Catherine accepted a position as accessory buyer with the clothing chain, Jigsaw. In 2008, she quit her job and was planning to become a professional photographer, including private lessons with photographer Mario Testino, who was famous for several well-known photographs of Diana, Princess of Wales, and her sons.
